Very pleasant and accommodating staff members on shift early hours of Sunday morning. Quiet ambiance and hospitality. Compact, budget room, very good Wi-Fi.

Shocking views.

The breakfast was satisfactory with runny eggs and with fantastic food. The location in a quiet area was good and perfect and there were shopping centres and all the main shops nearby. Café mazzei cafe located 

We needed a place for a long stay, everything was really good. Loved great location walk from a train station. Didn't like when it was hot outside, went to Dixyland Chicken & Ribs to relax and grab some food. They gave us newly furnished 

The rooms were newly furnished and reasonably large with toiletries and single bed, and I had a really amazing stay overall. The personnel was accommodating and exceptionally kind, and the hotel had a quiet feeling.  

The room was tastefully decorated and recently renovated thankfully so the decor was modernised.

All in all everything was very good, had a nice stay in town for an event. I greatly enjoyed pleasant restaurant. The staff was very pleasant plus the location was great and incredible. I tried some drinks

The location of the hotel was central, very close to the train station & shops, bars & restaurants/ cafes, the city centre, and tram and railway station. The double room we were provided was budget.

Its location is marvellous and fantastic, a short walk to The Winter Gardens. The hotel is in local area, so close to Really close to the main shopping streets and shopping mall.

Newly furnished and a decent size units with the bedroom, and amazingly kind staff.

Accommodation was fairly large and original with accommodating and exceptionally kind staff on shift early hours of Sunday morning. My triple room was newly furnished and reasonably large with less bed then other family members. Unbeatable 

The location in a fairly quiet area was marvellous and incredible and there were a shopping area and all the main shops nearby. Set near to a park and a lake, it was a plus. The room was newly
